Clients only think about what they want. They don’t think about overhead, resources, brand integrity or your long-range planning. You as the entrepreneur have to understand where a client wants to go, but if their demands can’t be satisfied within your infrastructure—if they don’t hit the sweet spot—you have to make the executive (that’s you!) decision to let it go, or modify it to suit your business.
