5 levels of problem handling

Level 1: Blame everyone and everything for your problems. Direct your frustrations outwards by criticizing others.

Level 2: Aware that you are responsible for some of the problems in life but don’t do anything about it. Just ‘accept’ and complain about your situations. Pray that the divine will make your problems go away.

Level 3: Want to own and resolve your problems. Took some action but give up after it gets tough. Beat yourself up and think you are a failure.

Level 4: Own your problems and keep working on them even when you fail. Keep going until they are resolved.

Level 5: Extreme ownership. Own the problems created by others and resolve them. Elevate others.
