2022: do it differently.
Most resolutions are additive.
Instead of I want to do this or that, flip it around and do less undesirables. Be subtractive.
Drink or smoke less.
Eat less junk food.
Reduce the frequency of late nighters, checking social media / stock prices, Netflix binging, gaming.
Reduce complaints, bad mouthing, bitching etc.
Reduce spending.
Reduce plastic, water and electricity usage.
Worry less.
2022 might turn out to be the most impactful year if you reduce the negatives in your life!
